Riverbed
Ancient riverbed worn out of the limestone. This layer had fallen from about 50 feet above where it currently lies. |

The trip lasted 11 hrs and we all had this task to repeat several times. |

This intire layer of celing is being supported only by it's outward pressure against the sides of the passage. |

Finally !!!
The look up into the 3rd chamber. Bottom to top this pile of rock rises over 200 feet. Luckly we found the easy path and started our climb in the middle. |

3rd chamber
This room is over 760 feet long and more than 360 feet wide. I hear it's the largest chamber east of the mississippi river. Over 7 acres in area. |

Formations
The middle of the room has alot of flowstone formations from the constant drip of water from the center of the room. |

|

Beauty
This area of flowstone is about 15 feet high. It's on the back side of the second hill in the 3rd chamber. |
